What was once new in the land of God's Furry Angels...

July 23, 2018 -- The launch of a new marketing campaign... one so big, it has its own page on this website! Check it out!

July 8, 2018 -- After making a set of full-size posters for retail use, I discovered what I should have noticed in visiting various booksellers -- they have little room for 24x36 displays. When they say "poster," booksellers usually mean something on letter- or tabloid-sized paper. So back to the drawing board I went, to produce these!

July 5, 2018 -- On display at one of my favorite bookstores: Full Circle Bookstore in Oklahoma City!

May 25, 2018 -- Kirby Lee Davis has donated copies of his illustrated novels God's Furry Angels and A Year in the Lives of God's Furry Angels to public libraries in Fairbury, NE, and Smith Center, KS. These institutions played guiding roles in his childhood. Before entering kindergarten, Davis spent many afternoons in the basement of Fairbury's Carnegie library, treasuring the adventures of Dr. Seuss. Once his family moved to Smith Center, Davis fell in love with literary classics illustrated by N.C. Wyeth and other legendary artists. These beloved

experiences helped launch his own writing adventures, and growing up in those rural towns - especially their city parks - inspired these coming-of-age books. While the Smith Center library (interior photo) operates within a different home, the Fairbury treasure trove still uses its Carnegie roots. Though its basement still awaits renovation, Davis felt right at home. "It's like going back in time," he said of his Friday visit.

May 16, 2018 -- Gearing up for making personal presentations! First up -- creating 10 collectible (or so I hope) bookmarks! Second, a 24x36 display poster for our flagship product, highlighted by quotes from many different reviews. This poster may also be offered to retailers.

April 11, 2018 -- Just in from UPS: the second book in the God's Furry Angels series! The illustrated trade paperback, 166 pages long, debuts May 8. The ebook is now available at Amazon.com and several other retailers.

March 29, 2018 -- The second book in the God's Furry Angels series is off to the presses! The illustrated novel A Year in the Lives of God's Furry Angels runs 166 pages. The ebook is now available at Amazon.com and several other retailers. The trade paperback will hit bookseller shops May 8.

March 15, 2018 -- In what will hopefully be a long and blessed relationship, Animal Aid of Tulsa plans to give copies of God's Furry Angels to select donors during an upcoming fundraising campaign. In this picture, Animal Aid President Michelle Morris looks over a copy of the book with her husband Tom, who serves as the nonprofit Tulsa agency's advertising/ marketing manager.
